We want our clients to have a convenient and hassle-free delivery. We are delivering everything at the best rates and straight to your doorstep. Our delivery system is entirely based on the standard delivery price and value. We aim to save your time and eliminate all the obstacles you face while shopping individually.

Handling Time

We aim to dispatch the same day as any orders before 13:00 noon but not guaranteed, This all depends on how busy we are. Please allow up to 2-3 working days. 

Delivery Time

Once we dispatched your order, the estimated delivery will be 

DPD- Next Working Day (Mon-Fri) *Any orders dispatched on Friday, will be delivered on Monday.

Royal Mail (Tracked 48)- 2-3 Working Days

Please note delivery time only at the point when the courier collects your parcel.

If you receive dispatch notification on weekends/bank holidays, please be aware your order won’t be collected until Monday.

Click & Collect

You can collect your order on the same day free of charge for any orders before 2 pm from our Watford Warehouse.

International Shipment

We do ship the orders following country. Any other countries are subject to quotation prior to order.
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Standard International Shipping Flat Rate- £22.99 up to 30kg or less than £135 total value. (Whichever comes first)


The above shipping fee is including courier custom clearance fee not duties.

All parcels send as DAP ("DAP" means the Incoterm used for a Consignment where the Consignee is responsible for the Duties and Taxes and the Consignee must pay the Duties and Taxes before the Consignment may be delivered.)

Calculation of customs duties

To be able to calculate the customs duties to be paid when trading goods, three factors have to be taken into consideration.

  • The value of the goods
  • The customs tariff to be applied
  • The origin of the goods

 Please note any goods returned due to unpaid customs, orders are not eligible for a refund.
